December 16

We are all sick yet again.  Luckily, I think this is just a cold but I'm sure in a few days everyone will have ear infections again!  I hope I am wrong.  A few days ago, though, everyone was feeling fine and acting a fool.

Pearl found herself in the base of the bar stools. She was so happy.

Then Malorie got in on the action and they started licking themselves.

They found Miles play table.  Malorie thought she could pull herself up but instead got stuck under it.  Pearl almost did it.

We started our Christmas House (a small present for the 12 days before Christmas).  Miles got a Rudolph nose on the first night and he loved it.  He immediately put it on and wouldn't take it off.  He slept with it he liked it so much.  (Not on of course).

The next morning he immediately wanted to put it back on.  Rudolph is crying here because he couldn't drink his milk with it on.  He wore it all the way to Amber's in the car.  I guess he finally took it off there.

We finally made it to zoo lights.  We only took Miles as taking everyone would not have been fun for anyone.  Here is the best picture we got.  Miles is walking and I am pushing an empty stroller.  It was the perfect day to go though.  It rained all day and by the time we got there at 4, it had cleared up, was 50 degrees and no one was there!

We rode the carousel.

Miles drove a boat which he loved.  Santa wasn't at the zoo but he was in Mount Vernon a few days later.

He was an awesome Santa as he had a real beard and looked just like him.  Miles was excited but refused to sit on his lap.  He told him he wanted a Woody doll, a big truck, a tractor (Ford to be specific), a reindeer, a helicopter, and clothes.  Then he got some candy which was his favorite part I think.

Hahahahaha.  This was so priceless as the babies didn't cry but they stared at Santa like "what in the world is going on".

Although once Malorie was removed from his lap, Pearl wasn't so sure she wanted to be there anymore.

One shot of all 3.

Later that night we enjoyed some cheese and cheerios.  What a great ending!
