November 6

The red ranger has gone missing - again!  Miles traveling companions, black and red ranger go everywhere with him.  Monday evening, I realized I didn't know where they were.  Luckily, he never asked for them when going to bed.  I looked and found the black one in the diaper bag and text Amber to see if she had the red one.  She found it the next day and luckily, I was able to return it to Miles on Wednesday.  Fast forward to Saturday when Miles wanted to go outside with Sam.  He had to take red ranger so he was in his pocket (looking out of course).  He played in the leaves and helped Daddy.  Then Sam was mowing the yard and Miles was sitting in his chair watching him.  I looked out and didn't see ranger.  Panic struck!  Miles couldn't tell me where he put him.  I looked all around the house.  This morning he told me he put him in a leaf pile by the house.  I went and looked but all the leaves are mulched now from the mower.  I'm hoping he turns up today somewhere.  If not, we might be getting a replacement ranger tomorrow!

Silly, silly, kids of mine.  The girls have gone bonkers lately and are hysterical.  They scream and yell and talk and scoot everywhere.  Pearl is a crazy woman.  She is always stealing whatever Malorie has and then Malorie looks at me and cries.  Miles has been a great big brother lately.  He sits and shows them how toys work.  They love him.  He is pretty patient except if they have his toys.  I taught him that if he doesn't like that they have his toys to give them something else.  He is doing that now so everyone is happy.

Big event this week!  Nate came with the combine to do the soybeans.  Miles got to ride in it with him.  He wasn't feeling great but he had to go!  When he came in the grandma's asked him if he had fun and he replied, "it made me really sleepy."

My little rock eater!  Malorie has decided it is really fun to eat the stone surrounding the fireplace.  There are chunks taken out of it!  I noticed this the other day and she is always scooting over there and gnawing on it.

The picture of health!  Everyone in this picture is sick!  The girls got hand, foot, and mouth which they in turn gave me.  Miles and Sam have had really bad colds.  Now poor Miles has a giant cold sore on his lip.

But, the girls are feeling better and are being their silly selves again.  Miss Pearl has her tongue out all the time when she is scooting or grabbing, or playing.  I think it is how she thinks!

Malorie is looking at her like she is crazy

But she is a crazy woman too.  She is so happy and playful these days.  She is squeals and laughs at everything.  Pearl has been growling.

Crafty Aunt Zo came and kept the monkeys on Friday for me.  They made potato friends.  There was another one that had a feather tale.  Miles loved them but they have since vanished!  All the bling kept falling off and then he would be devastated until I fixed it.
