Pearl is obsessed with my coffee cups. She always looks at it like she has to have it so I gave her her own the other day. She was so proud.
Saturday, we took everyone to our friend's corn maze/petting zoo/haunted trail. The babies were sick but they seemed okay enough to hang out for a little while. Miles was eaten by a cow.
We had to wear the babies because it wasn't stroller territory.
Miles found a car to play in.
Doesn't Malorie look like she is having fun!
We went on a hay ride. Miles thought that was pretty cool. Our friend's dog rode with us which was his favorite part.
Malorie and Pearl both fell asleep during the hay ride. Poor things, weren't feeling very good. Mean parents.
Miles has been waiting for trick-or-treat since I bought his costume a month ago. He was getting sick too so he didn't have a lot of energy but said he still wanted to go. He was a terror-dactyl. He refused to put the costume on before we went so we drove into town and then put it on there after he saw everyone else was dressed up. He kept saying that it "itchies". He says that a lot now, about everything he doesn't want to do.
He did really well. We made it to probably 15 houses. On the way back to the car though he walked so slow, I knew he was tuckered out. This is him inspecting his dino-nose. A second earlier he had his eyes crossed but I missed it! We didn't take the girls as they were still sick. So is Sam, so am I. We are having a collective illness right now. It is super fun!
