What do you do when no one takes a nap in the afternoon because of a poorly timed car ride?
GO OUTSIDE!
Pearl was trying desperately to put on Miles shoes.
The ladies love the sandbox. They do occasionally try to eat it but usually only once or twice per day. (I'm hoping they start to remember it is gross here soon.)
Miles was in a crazed hyper no sleep mode and started running around picking up sticks and throwing them into the field and laughing hysterically. He found this big chunk of wood and threw it.
Malorie was sporting a sun block mohawk.
Pearl was mesmerized by pouring it out.....putting it in, repeat.
Then Miles decided to sit in the dirt and draw with a stick.
Cute girl.
Then Miles found a big hole to sit in and sat there for awhile.
Malorie was hamming it up as always. Walking on her knees in the grass.
Can you see the sand and snot on this mug? Sun screen acts as a glue for everything gross.
We were outside for about 2.5 hours and everyone was still hanging in there. Finally about 5 o'clock, Malorie was falling asleep in the swing so we decided to go inside.
