I can't believe it is May already! I am so glad that we can go outside and play these days. Everyone seems happy to get out of the house. The girls are so much fun these days. Pearl is a hesitant walker. She will go about ten steps then sit down or crawl. Malorie on the other hand thinks she is a pro and wants to climb the steps like a big girl which scares me to death. She also has learned how to open the gate by shaking it until it pops open. I haven't thought of a way to prevent it so I have just given up.
These are pictures from a few weeks ago that I forgot to post. The girls were getting their pj's on downstairs and Miles wanted to take his shirt off too.
Then he decided to help Malorie walk. Even though she can walk by herself, he thought she needed him. She enjoyed it though. Pearl however doesn't trust him and refused to walk with him. She is smart!
Last weekend I was folding laundry and everyone was getting grumpy. We decided to play "How big is Daddy's shirt" with the girls. Miles thought this was funny but chose not to participate. Malorie thought she would try and walk in it which didn't work out too well.
Pearl knew better and just stood there until I took it off of her.
Speaking of Pearl.....guess who did some reorganizing while I was changing her sister's diaper?
She was so proud of herself.
I found this on my camera. Cute picture but I don't know what was happening.
I also found these and they cracked me up. The babies love books and I love their expressions here.
I think she is making the fish face.
Uncle Brady and Aunt Erica sent Miles a late birthday present which we was sooooo excited to play with. He opened it at 6:15 am and this is about 6:18 when the babies wouldn't stop touching it and he was about to go crazy.
Waiting for me to put my shoes on to take them out with brother.
Once outside, we had a swing fest. It is so nice to be able to trap both babies now. Plus, they love to swing so everyone is happy for a little while.
I love Pearl's face here.
Malorie thinks dandelions are pretty fun.
and cameras.
Cute cute cute boy.
I'm not even going to tell the story. Naked, nuggets, and undies. What else is there to say. It was a good day.
