We have had a very, very, long week! We hit a deer, forgot our blankets at Amber's, (we drove back to get them) and Miles injured his leg making him unable to walk (he had a rug burn but refused to walk for a day!). Ohhhhhh the memories. But they are sooo much fun these days too....
Malorie has decided that she is the Mommy and Pearl is the baby and tries to feed her a bottle. It was cute for awhile.
Then Pearl was annoyed but Malorie didn't take the hint and kept trying and trying. I eventually had to separate them.
Grunny/Grammy celebrated her 60th birthday last Sunday. We hosted a family dinner and I made her a cake. Everyone should have a spider cake for their 60th. (OK the spiders were for Miles but Grunny didn't care)
This is what the girls were doing while Miles and I were decorating. Pearl was trying to back into her parking spot I think.
So when Margaret and Marilyn got to our house, this is what they found. The usual, naked girls.
Pearl thought the pumpkin was a good seat.
Cute Malorie
So this is how I eat most meals so why would a birthday dinner be any different. Malorie was set on helping me eat my squash.
Miles, of course, was excited about the candles. Look at the girls ready for their dessert!
They enjoyed it.
I found this on my camera. The girls are very much into books these days and love to point at the moon and the dogs in every story. All animals are dogs and all things in the sky are moons.
Malorie was quite excited to be Buzz Lightyear this evening. Miles had it on earlier and when it was her turn, she felt big!
This is what Miles did all day. He got a combine ride this weeks so ever since then he has been combining, mowing, and plowing the rug in the living room.
