Miles has become quite the comedian in the past week or two. His language has gone crazy and he is now saying and doing so many silly things. He had just finished his grapes (which he has to take off the stem himself or a big whining fit happens) when Grunny came over with a water cup. He put the stem in the straw and said, "look a tree" and then tried to drink out of it. He knew this was silly and just wanted to see what she would do. Oh, she took his picture which is just what he wanted I think.
I was washing bottles today when he came up and decided to hide in my dress. Maybe this is why I never wear dresses. Then I went to change his diaper and he informed me " I not want to change my diaper. I changed my diaper yesterday."
Both girls have just decided this week to become snugglers. Up until this point they always lean back and never ever fall asleep on a shoulder. It kind of catches you off guard when you aren't expecting it but boy is it nice to get some baby love. I used to have to wait until they were asleep to snuggle, now I don't have to.
The naked grasshopper. We were watching Sesame Street before our nap and Miles said, "look Mama, I'm a grasshopper." It might not have been so cute if he was in clothes but a grasshopper in a diaper was quite adorable.
Pearlie was playing with Grunny when I caught a cute smile.
We were brave and tried cereal again today. It went better but not great so I decided to try banana instead. Cereal tastes like paper so I thought maybe fruit would be more enticing. Malorie kept sticking her tongue out and maybe got one or two bites down. Pearl on the other hand, ate the rest of the bowl. I never thought in a million years she would be the eater. We will see!
Malorie was showing me her surprise face.
We all went to visit Grandma Wilma and Malorie was in love with her. Grandma got down on the floor to play with the babies and Malorie was reaching and grabbing her face and being adorable.
