Our day at the beach!
Thursday, we all headed up to my pal Stacy's in laws house on the lake so Miles could go to the beach. He has been talking about it all summer so I tried to make it happen for him. We planned on leaving at 7:30 to get there early, play, eat lunch, and head home during nap time so no one was screaming for two hours in the car. At 7:15, Stacy called and said it was going to rain. We decided to go anyway as the car was already packed and the kids were excited. Luckily, after awhile, the rain left and we did get to go to the beach.
The girls made themselves at home during lunch. Malorie thought she was soooo funny by putting her feet on the table.

Heidi tried to get Malorie to ride the dog. She was not very excited about it.
Miles on the other hand was very excited about the ice cream sandwich Georgia got for him. I hope she is this generous to her new baby brother!

Jon was doing fun Dad stuff and Miles was loving it. He was throwing sea weed at him and making big splashes with big rocks.

Then the baby pool sounded like more fun than the lake.
Pearl fell asleep about 5 minutes after the car started with a water bottle in her mouth.
