We celebrated our first real day of nothing to do with a trip to the zoo! It was quite the ordeal but all in all a great trip. We took Grandma Lori with us so that we could make sure everyone was accounted for at all times.
Miles was really into the animals this year. It was great.
The babies weren't so much into the zoo as they were not big fans of the hour drive, the hours in the stroller, and the hour drive back. Let alone, missing naps etc. Oh, wait, Pearl loved it but Malorie was a bit grumpy!
Miles loved all the animal statues.
Really loved the elephant because it was a baby.
I told him (to entertain myself) that if he started meowing that the tigers might come out. He did, they didn't come but he continued to act like a cat for quite awhile. This is his ferocious kitty pose.
The babies were happy to get out of the stroller in the aquarium. They really liked the fish.
So did Miles.
Fascinating......
Then Aunt Nancy came with Tyler and baby Jacob and we attempted a picture of everyone. This is the best we could do.
The girls liked riding the tiger. Pearl would have stayed there all day.
We left after a train ride and a very tired Miles started to turn into a demon. It was nap time so probably my fault I let him get to that point!
