The girls were doing okay yesterday. Pearl had a few dips in her breathing and needed more oxygen a couple of times. She was back down to 29% at 11 last night and doing okay. Her blood sugar was a little elevated in the morning. They adjusted her protein iv and that seemed to fix it. She was fine the rest of the day. She is up to 2 whole ml at her feedings! She will be huge in no time!
Malorie had a dip in her oxygen as well which is rare but she came back up and was still on room air. She was a little agitated because she has a little sore on her nose from her CPAP. Once that got adjusted she was fine. They increased her feedings to 7 ml yesterday and she seemed to do great with it.
I got to hold Malorie yesterday. This gives you some perspective as to how little they are.
