Tuesday, I took  Miles to Adamsville with me to see what school was all about.  He has been asking to go.  He has a small obsession with school buses and we have been talking about where they go.  He always is saying he wants to go to school so I decided I could take him there.  He was a little shy at first but warmed up by third grade.  When we got home this is what he remembers:  "I play basketball."  "I give kids high fives."  The gym was a big hit which ended badly with him throwing himself down on the cafeteria floor in front of a class of third graders.  Other than that, we had a fun time.  I sadly didn't get any pictures though :(

When we got home, we were super grumpy and tired.  He wanted to play with sidewalk chalk and it was time for a nap.  He grabbed it and went running.  As I caught him, he threw himself down in the gravel.  I told him it was going to hurt and he didn't care.  As he lay there, our friend drove in and I had to save his life.  Then he threw himself down on the rug and I went back a few minutes later to see how the tantrum was coming and he was asleep.  School wore him out. 

I had to take a picture because it was so funny....until the truck came down the driveway.

After our nap we went outside and we decided to get our hair cut.  I had a present for him if he would let my mom do it.  He did great with the top but when I got the clippers out to do the sides we had a little melt down.  These are his tears on my knee.  I couldn't leave it half done.

Everyday Miles and I play baseball.  He doesn't want to hit it.  He wants me to hit it and he goes and gets it.  I refuse to hit until he says "hey, batta batta batta swing."  It entertains me.

Malorie is starting to bully her sister. 

Miles is playing with Daddy's new toy.  He loves to draw on it.

Miles and I were playing with his sticker book this morning and he found a tuft of grass.  He thought it would look good on Pearl.  We tried it out as a beard....

and a mustache........

and an eyebrow.  She liked the eyebrow best.
