Turns out Pearl has pneumonia!  The poor thing was so miserable all weekend.  I called the emergency Dr. line on Sunday because her breathing was strange.  They said as long as she was eating, it could probably wait until Monday.  I took her to the Dr. on Monday and they were so concerned with her that they sent the Dr. right in, skipping the three people in front of us.  She also has a really "fiery" ear infection.  They gave her an antibiotic shot and started her on Augmentin.  By Monday afternoon, she was already a different kid.  You wouldn't know she was sick today.  She is back to her silly self which is a huge relief. 

Malorie on the other hand waited until last night to get sick.  She was up from 11 till 1, not being able to get comfortable.  I knew she probably had an ear infection as that is how it goes around here.  First we are snotty, they a week later we don't sleep and it is an ear infection.  Grunny took her to the Dr and sure enough, ear infection on the right side.  She is now on Augmentin, too.  This is their fourth round of it in four months.  They see the tube Dr. on the 9th.  We will see what they say, but I'm pretty sure I already know. 

Pearl was enjoying a graham and being very silly. 

Then I got a rare snapshot of her new front teeth!  I can't wait until they come in a little more.  She is going to be so cute.

This was Monday afternoon after her shot.  She was already getting back to normal. 

Miles was posing.  He said this was a silly face. 

Frank was sleeping like a lady with her bottom up in the air.  She is so graceful.

Miles built yet another masterpiece that we were not allowed to let Pearlzilla demolish.  A future engineer?  Architect?  Artist?  Hopefully he will be potty trained by then.
