Pearl, Pearl, Pearl. She wants to come home so bad. She told me today that she is miserable and misses her sister. Okay so that might be what I am feeling but I am pretty sure she would agree. Every day since Monday the Dr's have said she would be in an open crib tomorrow. She had no spells yesterday and none so far today but still wasn't in an open crib. I inquired as to why and I couldn't get a good answer. The Dr kept switching all week and I think they just kept waiting for someone else to make that call. The nurse called the Dr. for me and they decided to finally try her. It has only been a few hours but she has been doing okay. I guess they are afraid she will start spelling more or stop gaining weight. I guess we will see how she does! I am hopeful that we are on the up swing and our days are limited. I think I might be able to make it to Wednesday so lets all hope for that! Pearl weighed 5lbs 1.25oz. last night. We finally hit the 5lb mark.
Malorie went to the Dr. on Wed. and she weighed 6lbs 12oz. That was an 8oz gain in 7 days so they were pleased. She doesn't have to go for weight checks any more.

Poor Pearl!! I can see she is really starting to look like Malorie now. Hopefully she will be home soon. I'm praying for her to be home with whole family. I'm sure they miss each other!!
