Miss Pearl was quite upset last night and couldn't calm down. Her nurse asked the Dr. if she could take her CPAP off early to try and calm her down. They agreed and she has been doing great all day! She seemed better, looked better, and hadn't had any spells when I was there. Hopefully it lasts through the night and they won't put her back on. Once they got her had and CPAP off, they put her in the isolette with Malorie and the nurse said they held hands. I bet they missed each other. They also gave me some really cute pictures of them together. They were getting some nurse love last night which I greatly appreciate!
Malorie is still doing well. They took her oxygen off at around 11 this morning and when I was there around 1:30 she kept dropping her oxygen level. I thought for sure they would have put her back on but as of 6 pm, she is still off. Apparently as soon as I left, she stopped. She had just eaten so maybe that was why. It doesn't matter as long as she can stay off of it. Third time is a charm - hopefully.

OMG, they look just like their mom! and Miles looks just like a terradactyl, which is an extinct dinosaur, hope he can fly like one, that would be way cool! LOL GTR...

ReplyDeleteAw Eryn, I can only imagine the feeling of holding both your precious girls together!! Yes, I'm crying looking at these pictures!!! :) You look wonderful, as do the girls. I know you said they are identical, but the do look alike!! And big brother Miles, I'm sure he is you comic relief during this up & down days!! Anna says Hi, & she loves to look at the babies :)
