Pearl is on 1/16 liter of oxygen and doing very well. She had one spell today and it wasn't very low. She tried to bottle feed twice and didn't do very well so they are going to go slow with her. She slept a lot today so hopefully she is growing! She is up to 3lbs. 8 oz. They might take her off her caffeine tomorrow but they didn't know for sure.
Malorie is a big girl now. She is up to 5 lbs. 3 oz. and is taking every feeding from a bottle. I nursed her yesterday and today and she did wonderful! I just wish I could be there for more feedings. Her last spell was yesterday at 2am so they decided that she could ween to an open crib! They were doing that as we were leaving today so I hope she does well through the night. If she continues to eat, keep her temperature up, and not have any spells, it is likely she will be home this week. As much as I'm looking forward to that, it stresses me out thinking of still having Pearl there.

Sam got to hold both girls today. They were both wide awake and he promised them both ponies!
Malorie got the first half of this feeding from her Dad but then fell asleep. I got the pleasure of trying to get her to finish it. They had just finished getting her open crib ready (behind us) and were going to move her after the feed.
I caught Pearl in the middle of a stretch. Her preemie shirts are belly shirts now which is good. She is growing!
This is baby Miles trying to fall asleep in his infant seat. He loves all his new "toys" that are out of storage.
